Cacao is an ancient heart opening plant, medicinally known to heal, detoxify, and boost the immune system. This Ceremonial Grade Cacao is used for connecting heart, mind, body, and spirit. You can use it as a daily practice, before meditation, during a moon ritual, or simply to enjoy. Setting your intention is all that is needed. 

RECIPES

IMPORTANT--Never mix Cacao with dairy. Use water or non-dairy milk. Dairy prevents the Cacao from breaking down properly and the integrity of the Cacao. Natural sweetners are also recommended, such as honey, maple syrup, or agave.

☆Cacao for Ritual☆

2 tbsp Cacao Lab Ceremonial Grade Cacao, roughly chopped

4oz filtered water (or non-dairy milk)

2 tsp maple syrup (or more to sweeten)

Instructions:

1. Add Cacao and Maple Syrup to a high speed blender or vessel to use a hand-frother.
2. Heat water to hot (not boiling).
3. Add water to the Cacao mixture and blend until smooth.
4. Pour into your favorite cup, set intentions, sip & enjoy. 


☆Rebirth Cacao Drink☆

Ingredients-

Fresh Ginger, Chipotle, Orange Zest, Mugwort Tea, Ceremonial Cacao, Agave

Combine 1/2 cup ceremonial Cacao with dry ingredients, a dash of agave, and about 8 oz. of mugwort tea. Blend until smooth.


☆Peppermint Hot Cacao☆

3 tbsp Cacao Lab Ceremonial Grade Cacao, roughly chopped

6oz filtered water

1 organic peppermint tea bag

A splash of non-dairy milk 

Maple syrup (to taste)

Add roughly chopped Cacao and remaining ingredients to a high speed blender or a vessel to use a hand-frother. Heat water to hot, not boiling. Add water to Cacao mixture and blend until smooth. Pour into a cup and enjoy.
